Appointments

Consultations are by appointments only and are for approximately 10 minutes unless otherwise requested.

Routine appointments should be made by telephoning or calling at the surgery.

The receptionist will offer you the next available appointment but if you feel the problem you have is urgent, please tell the receptionist.

Urgent cases and particularly sick children will be seen on the same day, although not always by the doctor of your choice.

  1. Are you aware of the following services that can be used as an alternative to GP practice and is directly bookable by the GP Receptionists?

Type of Services

Community Pharmacist for Minor ailments for example:  Cold, Flu, Acne, constipation, Diarrhoea etc. can be referred by the GP practice to the local pharmacists (Please speak to the reception staff).

GP HUB service –0203 7701888, phone line start from 12pm to 9pm on weekdays and 9am to 5pm on weekends.

The Practice nurse is able to offer help or advise on the following services:

  • Blood Pressure
  • Immunisations (children and adults)
  • Travel Clinic
  • Cervical smears
  • Wound Care management and removal of sutures
  • New patient health check
  • Asthma clinic
  • Diabetes clinic (run by diabetic nurse specialist)
  • Hypertension clinic
  • 75 check                         
  • Lifestyle advice (Smoking cessation and weight management)
  • Male and Female contraception advice
  • Antenatal Clinic
  • Blood testing

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
